BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE

I. General Terms

✦ Please provide me with a simple and concise description of your character
✦ Any image reference provided should be clear and detailed

II. Payment

✦ All commissions must be paid in full and upfront
✦ All prices are in USD (unless Singaporean)

III. Process

1. Commissioner sends image reference and personality description
2. Payment is made if request is accepted
3. Flat colour sketch
4. Revision period
5. Rendering
6. Minor revisions
7. Emailing of final product_{Additional payment required for major revisions after step 5.

IV. Usage policy

✦ I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
✦ I can post the commission anywhere on my social media sites
✦ Physical reproduction of the commission is not allowed
✦ The commission cannot be used for blockchains or AI generation.
✦ The commissioner is allowed to use the commission to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist

V. Cancellation/Refund

✦ I reserve the right to cancel or refund the commission:

✦ Commissioners may ONLY request cancellation if payment has not been made
✦ Any chargebacks against me will result in a ban on future commissions with me
